Returns & Refunds
At MiniSwordVault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As we sell collectible items and ship internationally, please review the information below carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Regions
MiniSwordVault currently ships to the United States and Canada only. Orders placed for other regions are not guaranteed unless confirmed by our support team in advance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@miniswordvault.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
After review, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable solution if the package cannot be located.
Returns Due to Change of Mind
Returns due to a change of mind are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items missing original packaging or parts
Refund Processing
Once a return or refund is approved, processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
MiniSwordVault sells collectible items inspired by fantasy, anime, and game aesthetics. Minor variations in color, finish, or detailing may occur and do not qualify as defects.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
