Shipping Regions

MiniSwordVault ships to most countries worldwide.

Free shipping is available for orders delivered to the United States. International shipping is also available for many other countries. A small shipping fee may apply depending on destination and shipping availability.

In rare cases, delivery to certain locations may not be possible due to local import regulations, customs restrictions, or carrier limitations. If shipping cannot be arranged for your location after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 10–20 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local carriers, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

International shipping may involve delays outside of our control once the parcel is in transit with the carrier.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Tracking

Tracking is provided for most shipments. After dispatch, tracking information may take a few days to update.

If your tracking link shows limited updates at first, this is normal. Updates often appear once the package reaches the next shipping hub or enters the destination country.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.


Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your location and local regulations, customs or import fees may apply. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that international shipping may involve customs procedures and potential delays outside of our control.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact support@miniswordvault.com. We will review the tracking information and assist you where possible.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a suitable solution.
